Don't miss Emily Bay while at Kingston. This beach is one of Australia's best beaches. You can swim or snorkel in crystal clear waters, or take a picnic to enjoy.

Visit the other highlights in the area—the Polynesian settlement site (25), the First Burial Ground site (26), the Salt House ruins (27) and the Lime Kiln ruins (24).

From the Lime Kiln ruins, you can see Government House (37), the residence of the current Norfolk Island Administrator.

Government House is usually closed to the public but you may be able to look inside if you are lucky enough to be there on an open day.
